Pele's Firey Shrimp & Veggie Stir Fry in 5 Mins

I did the grocery shopping (as usual) but since Lorrie has been working from home and I've been drinking water from a water cannon at work...we were living off of whatever we had in the fridge or pantry for about a week. Purchasing 100% of our fruit and veggies when we left the house as we rush through our lives. Last night...I broke down and went to Jewel. Wanted to go to Whole Foods and perhaps Trader Joe's but at 8:45 PM after a 14 hour day - Jewel Foods works just fine. $200 later...I am on the way home.

The urge to really cook fresh and healthy hit. Here's what I did: (recipe is my intellectual property - selling this recipe for profit will bring the wrath of my attorney)

1) Shrimp in some 100% extra virgin olive oil (garlic infused) in a wok. Worcestershire, Tabasco - three shakes each; soy sauce - liberally over the whole ~1 tablespoon.
2) Spices chili dip (tastefully simple), celery salt (too lazy to cut fresh celery), Caribbean BBQ dry rub (on shrimp)
3) lemon juice 1/4 cup
4) orange juice 1 cup
5) Add pea pods, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, onion, fresh pressed garlic

Simmer until pea pods are tender.

Very, very good over brown rice.

    The Wok Oil from this place is awesome... sesame oil infused with chili and ginger.
