1.6 Pounds

Every day is another step toward the goal.

Today's step was 1.6 pounds lighter.  

In spite of being insanely busy, I will train like there is no tomorrow (for about 2 hrs).

I will eat right.

1.6 pounds each week will begin to add up.

    Great work on your weight...a little at a time..and it will come off. I will not be at Village this week...I have been relegated back to aerobic stuff all week..nothing too hard. I will be back soon. :) Jen H.
